Q: How much are your shirts?
A: That is a great question because ultimately that is what matters. However, it is truly difficult to give a one size all answer to the question because most shirt orders are unique. For example, which shirt do you want? How many shirts? What color? Are we screen printing on it? How many sides? At Logos, we offer a wide variety of applications and products that will cater to your specific needs as well as an extensive selection of garments and accessories to choose from. In addition, we really like to see any artwork you might want to use prior to quoting our jobs so that we can give you an accurate quote.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: For the majority of our screen printing applications we have a 24 piece minimum. When it comes to embroidery, the minimum is 12. On the other side, we have the capability to produce as large of a quantity as you may need! And yes, buying in bulk can save you a lot of money!! There are significant prices breaks when ordering a larger quantity, contact us for more information.
Q: How long can I expect to wait before my shirts will be ready?
A: Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days for shirt orders once we receive your artwork approval. We pride ourselves on quick turnaround of every order, so most of the time, your order will ready before then. For selected promotional products turnaround time can sometimes be 2-3 weeks. When it comes to signs & banners, we typically have those ready for pick-up in 3-4 days. However, if you need it in a hurry, don't be afraid to ask. We offer rush turnarounds as short as 24-48 hours, so give us a call if you're in a hurry!
Q: Are there screen print charges or set up fees?
A: In order to produce screen printed shirts, each color in a design must go on its own screen. Logos will hold your screens for ever so once we’ve done a job, there is never a set up fee on reorders. The cost per screen is normally $30 per screen. We can sometimes wave the setup fees on larger orders depending on the job. See our Monthly Specials for special offers on set-up fees.
Q: Are there charges for you to do my artwork or create my logo?
A: The simple answer is; it depends. On most jobs, we do the artwork as a part of the overall job & charge nothing. For those times when the work is a little more extensive, we lay out what that cost will be to you before we begin. All custom designs, logos, concepts, layouts and art re-creation requires a $50 deposit (which is applied to the balance on the order) for us to begin design work. No artwork or proofs will be taken out of the shop nor will they be emailed without first leaving a deposit.
Q: Can I have you use my own design?
A: Yes, we accept "Print ready" customer supplied files in the following formats (.AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF, .JPEG). PLEASE NOTE: Because of the variance in colors from monitor to monitor, Logos does not guarantee a 100% accurate color match on supplied files. If you would like to provide a PMS color for us to use, we will do everything in our part to match it the best we can. The following do not constitute "print ready" files; Microsoft Office formats (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint), low resolution jpegs or bitmaps.
Q: I already have my shirts ... will Logos print on them or embroider on them?
A: Of course! Regardless of whether we supply the shirts or you bring them in, our minimums still apply. All supplied garments must be new; of the same material, or be able to be printed with the same method & ink types (i.e. colors, fabrics, print sizes). If you have specialty items that we cannot provide for you and can't quite meet the minimum, give us a call we are very easy to work with and we'll be able to find a solution for your needs!
Q: Do I have to order all my shirts in the same color, sizes, styles? And do I have to use the same ink colors on everything?
A: When it comes to screen printing or embroidery, you can mix and match shirt colors and sizes. There are generally no charges for thread color changes in embroidery. Ink color changes in screen printing are charged out at $5 per color change per screen on minimums of 24.
Q: I am shopping around for the best price, do you match your competitors' prices?
A: Logos goes to great lengths to provide our customers with quality products at competitive rates! If you're price shopping we'll be more than happy to match or beat any reputable competitors price, but remember to compare apples to apples when shopping around, a cheap advertised price may not be the same as you expect!
Q: Will Logos ship my order to me?
A: Absolutely! Logos can ship your order anywhere in the world that UPS delivers. Just provide the shipping address when you are requesting information and we will have a shipping estimate sent with your proof & price quote.
Q: Can I see the first one to make sure it's right before you print the rest?
A: While we would love to do make that happen, we work in complete production runs which means that once we start, we must complete the job. In order to help you see what you will be getting, we provide you with a digital rendering of what the final product should look like.
Q: I ordered shirts and some of them don't fit. What do I need to do to exchange them?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t do exchanges on custom work. Every order we take is directed by you and for you. Everything we do is made to order. Because of that, it is always best to stop by to look at samples & even try something on. If you should need to take some samples back to the group to try on, just leave a deposit on your order and we will provide you with everything you should need to get it squared away.
Q: I need my job in a hurry.... can I get a rush order?
A: Absolutely! In most cases we can turn an order around in a day or sometimes even same day, depending on our production schedule and size of the order. All same day orders need to be placed before 10am. Keep in mind there is a RUSH ORDER FEE and it will be a percentage of the invoice total and based on the overall deadline.
Q: Which credit cards do you take?
A: We take all of the major credit cards including Discover, Visa, Master Card & American Express. We also happily take cash & debit cards.
